  • I'm having problems accessing the community
    Don't worry! Our membership isn't hosted on our website, once you have purchased your membership you should have received an email asking you to log into the app 'Heartbeat', yes we have a dedicated App for our community! You can access the community via desktop or the app. If you are having any other problems please fill out the contact form and we will be in touch as soon as possible!
  • How do I cancel my Membership?
    Community Members - You don't need to ever cancel this Membership. When you join as a community member you have access for life - If you're really sure you don't want to be part of this membership you can simply asked to be removed by contacting an admin inside of the community app. Growth Members - Inside of the app you will find our section labelled 'resources'. Inside of here you will find our dedicated 'FAQ' section which will show you how to cancel your billing payment. Once cancelled you will lose access to the Membership (booo!) Ps. No refunds are available after purchase for either of the membership tiers.
